Lately, MCC Huatian was announced bid winner for the 1650mm hot rolled QSP project in EPC mode for the upgrading project of Yukun Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., following its winning of BF gas holder and converter gas holder of public and auxiliary facilities system of the upgrading project.
It is learnt that the project is the 1st continuous casting plus elevated QSP production line in China; in addition, the production line also boasts the widest range of products and the highest output. With the world leading technology, the production line can realize single-coil rolling, semi-end rolling and endless rolling. The production line is also capable of producing, under a width range of 900mm to 1500mm, ultra-thin strip with minimum 0.8mm thickness and thick strip with 25.4mm thickness, tailor-made IF and multi-phase steel products.
